Intercontinental Hotel seafood buffet. Wow, this could just about be the best buffet ever, even beating the Bellagio buffet. Amazingly fresh scallops, smoked salmon, tuna, lobster, prawns and sushi are on offer. Fantastic salads – and it gets better as there are all the usual carvery and roasts to accompany. Chicken curry is available and a whole range of international foods. Deserts incredible – French cakes, chocolate cakes etc. all made to the highest standard. The breakfast buffet also is incredible, with no less than 8 fruit juices. Intercontinental hotel definitely has the best breakfast/evening buffet in the world – but be warned, evening buffet starts in at around $70.
